One of the bedtime stories we've been reading lately is "How to Make an Apple Pie and see the World" by Marjorie Priceman. It's a cute story that includes some geograpghy and a recipe for making apple pie.
This morning Christian insisted that we make an apple pie (he didn't have to twist my arm: ) We had fun making the pie and we also talked about fractions. I usually stay away from making pie crust from scratch, but this was very easy to make. And the pie came out delicious!
