We are taking our February school vacation this week. We take the entire summer off, two weeks off at Christmastime, one week in February and one week in April. Sometimes, we take a different week off than the regular schools, like when we went to Disney for a vacation, and sometimes we break the week up, taking a day here and a day there.
This week Charles is having his best friend, who now lives two states away, come for a visit. Isaiah and Christian are also having a friend over. Andrew will be going to a 3-day speech and debate tournament. The first qualifying one of the year. He has been busy working on an expository speech. He is preparing a 7 board for a presentation on Jim Carey. He is doing 4 other speeches, and he'll also be debating.
