sledding

It was a gorgeous day today, so in the afternoon  I took the boys sledding. When we first got to the sledding hill, we sat and watched a large group of deer at the edge of the woods. The boys were so excited to finally go to a big hill. Charles took his snowboard-he's getting really good! Sophie took a nap in the car and I stayed with her. I had time just to sit quietly and think. It was so nice to just to be out with the family on a beautiful day.
