Christian's 4th grade curriculum

Today I organized our books, and this is what I came up with for Christian's 4th grade curriculum. I brought this bookcase into the living room. The top shelf is mostly history, geography and science books that I can use with Christian and Sophie this year.

  1. I just love your blog and will so bookmark it. I came by and I read and read. It was so encouraging. I am going to be doing my first time for my son who will be in the 4th. Enjoyed my visit.

  3. Good for you. It really is amazing how it all accumulates after the years of homeschool. Do you find that you have bought more of one curriculum than another or is yours all over the board like mine has been? I would say though that I have more of Abeka and Bob Jones than the other stuff. I have a lot of Pathway though too.

  4. I have all kinds of different curriculum. Over the years I've been to the CBD warehouse sale, used curriculum sales, and I've been given lots of books. I used Abeka for 4 years, Christian Liberty Press for 1 year, Sonlight for 5 years, Five in a Row for 2 years and Konos for 2 years-not in that order-and Andrew used Alpha Omega SOS for about 7 years for 3-4 subjects each year (Charles has used SOS for the last couple years). We've also used Apologia science for a number of years. I like change :)-except for math, we've pretty much stuck with Math-U-See all these years. But this year we are changing that.
