Kielbasa dinner

My mom made this often when I was growing up. My family loves it.

In a large skillet layer:
green peppers
kielbasa (I usually use turkey kielbasa)
water -enough to cover about half of the veggies and meat
salt & pepper to taste

Cover and bring to a boil. cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
